As a native Czech speaker, you will find and call the best constructor who will build a terrace. Building permission is ready.

It will take you 5-10 phone calls and the faster you finish, the more BONUS you will be paid. The duties of this job are;

- Find and call constructors to build the balcony
- Get the best price
- Act as a translator so I can sign the contract
- Most likely visit the site once or twice
- Work fast to finish 1-2 months


You will be working flexibly during business hours when you choose. The faster you find a constructor and get them to start working, the more BONUS you will be paid. If you do it in one month, you will be paid the biggest bonus. Two months will still get a bonus.
